10. Stay hydrated (Drink up)
When you’ve got a cold, you sweat a lot and have a runny nose – so if you don’t replace those fluids, you’ll just feel worse, so its always recommended to increase your water intake.
Getting plenty of fluids thins your mucus and breaks up congestion. It also prevents the headaches and fatigue that dehydration causes.
